-New LVP flooring throughout the entire apartment & new carpet on stairs
-All walls, ceilings, and cabinets have a fresh coat of paint
-Living room: New light fixture, outlets and switches
-Kitchen: New refrigerator, lower cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, plumbing, outlets and switches
-Bathroom: New plumbing, sink, mirror, light fixtures, outlets and switches
1 parking spot is available, though a city issued parking permit is always an option for a 2nd car. A coin-operated washer & dryer are available in the basement.
Requirements:
-Current government-issued photo ID & valid social security number
-Minimum household income from verifiable source of at least $3,225/month
-$1,075 security deposit & $1,075 first month’s rent due at month to month lease signing
-Positive references from all previous landlords for last 3 years
-Last 3 months of rent receipts from current landlord
-No smoking of any kind on the premises
-Cats allowed (maximum of 2, must show proof of spay/neuter & up to date on shots) with a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee and additional monthly pet rent of $25/month per cat (Sorry, no dogs).
-Renter’s insurance required
-Must have a favorable credit score
-Maximum occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom
