We'll communicate with you and your tenants to send updates on late fees, provide income and expense reports, and expedite repairs thorugh our maintenance portal. Hemlane's repair coordination team manages tenant requests around the clock for you. You control the approved thresholds and preferred maintenance service professionals, but our team performs the administrative work.

-Cats allowed (maximum of 2, must show proof of spay/neuter & up to date on shots) with a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee and additional monthly pet rent of $25/month per cat (Sorry, no dogs).
