The Apartment: On the third and top floor flooded with natural light and freshly painted with architect-selected colors, the charm of a low-rise San Francisco classic apartment building is evident in many details - from built-ins to plate rails. Half of the tandem space is available for an additional $200/month, for a car, bikes, or extra storage. The Neighborhood: Woodward Street is a one-block residential community with engaged and committed residents who love and believe in their neighborhood. There is a google group to keep neighbors up to date and a real spirit of caring for each other on the block.
