The house is fully furnished including the bedrooms. Home has a private fenced in yard with seating area, grill, central AC, and washer and dryer. Other perks also include a monthly social gathering hosted by the owner based on the tenants preferences and schedules, exercise equipment available for use and a coffee bar as well as some other items!! Owner has tried to be as attentive to detail as possible. The house is professionally cleaned every 2-3 weeks as well including bedrooms based upon personal preference. Common areas include kitchen and dining area, living room, basement and outdoor spaces. A bathroom will be designated to you and one other person.

All you need to do is bring your clothes, and you will be right at home! We have four rooms available in a five bed, three bath house. Rent is $750 per room plus shared cost of utilities which is about $125 per month. We run background and credit checks for every applicant ($42 fee). The lease duration is flexible as the room can be rented for a year or on a month-to-month basis. Landlord will also be sharing this home and has a small dog that will not be allowed in any of the common areas unsupervised. *No additional pets, smoking, or partying in the house.
