The house is fully furnished including the bedrooms. Home has a private fenced in yard with seating area, grill, central AC, and washer and dryer. Other perks also include a monthly social gathering hosted by the owner based on the tenants preferences and schedules, exercise equipment available for use and a coffee bar as well as some other items!! Owner has tried to be as attentive to detail as possible. The house is professionally cleaned every 2-3 weeks as well including bedrooms based upon personal preference. Common areas include kitchen and dining area, living room, basement and outdoor spaces. A bathroom will be designated to you and one other person. 
All you need to do is bring your clothes, and you will be right at home! We have four rooms available in a five bed, three bath house. The lease duration is flexible as the room can be rented for a year or on a month-to-month basis.
