Security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing of lease, first month's rent is due prior to move-in. Rent will be prorated for whatever portion of the first month remains; rent due on the 1st of the month after that.

Security deposit equal to one month's rent ($1025) due at signing of lease. Rent will be prorated for the first month if move-in date is not the first of the month. Rent due on the first of the month after that.
