This property has a monthly rent of $1500. A $1500 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. This property is not a student accommodation.
Water is provided by a shared community well and is included in the monthly rent, along with trash pickup, yard maintenance, and internet. Electric and cable is the tenants responsibility,
This home is pet negotiable for 1 animal, so all pets will have to be submitted and approved to stay at the home. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent.
