The stackable washer and dryer is strategically tucked away, beside the bathroom. The bedroom has high ceilings with a fan and 2 windows allowing lots of light. The bathroom contains a granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The front porch looks out to the rolling hills, with a creek and walking trails.
This property has a monthly rent of $1500. A $1500 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. This property is not a student accommodation.
Water is provided by a shared community well and is included in the monthly rent, along with trash pickup, yard maintenance, and internet. Electric and cable is the tenants responsibility,
This home is pet negotiable for 1 animal, so all pets will have to be submitted and approved to stay at the home. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
