Located 3 blocks west of BYU campus, near Foxwood Apartments, the Pool House is a 2 level home (main and basement). The main floor is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room. The basement is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room (beginning August 2025) and three private rooms from April to August 2025. Each level has its own washer/dryer, and each bathroom has a double sink vanity. Both kitchens have a large, dedicated pantry area. Within the house there are lots of extra closets for storage. Tenants have access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally) as well as a BBQ/courtyard area with neighboring houses. There is an open parking lot behind the house for tenant use and limited street parking. The Pool House is located just a few minutes walk away from several UTA stops and 1 block away from a BYU Ryde stop.
Fall/Winter contracts run through April 2026, S/S contracts run through August 2025. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent rate. Total rent owed is divided into 4 equal payments due on the first of each month. Utilities are fixed at $50 per bed for gas and electric. The unit is wired for Google Fiber. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for their own internet account.
