Located 3 blocks west of BYU campus, near Foxwood Apartments, the Pool House is a 2 level home (main and basement). The main floor is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room. The basement is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath with two private rooms and one shared room. Each level has its own washer/dryer, and each bathroom has a double sink vanity. Both kitchens have a large, dedicated pantry area. Within the house there are lots of extra closets for storage.
