It sits on the corner of Stanton Avenue and Chislett Street, which is on the border of East Liberty and Highland Park. All of the units have been renovated. The bus stop is right in front of the building. There is off-street parking available behind the building, although tenants are not guaranteed a spot in the lot. Regardless, it is very easy to find on-street parking here.
There is extra storage and coin-op laundry in the basement. Landlord pays all utilities except for electric.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
