It has two full bedrooms with large closets and carpeting, but you have to walk through one to get to the other. It also includes off street parking. 
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays electric. The heat is electric. 
This is a beautiful building that was originally built over 120 years ago as a single-family home. It has since been converted into 7 apartments. It sits on the corner of Stanton Avenue and Chislett Street, which is on the border of East Liberty and Highland Park. All of the units have been renovated. The bus stop is right in front of the building. There is off-street parking available behind the building, although tenants are not guaranteed a spot in the lot. Regardless, it is very easy to find on-street parking here. 
There is extra storage and coin-op laundry in the basement. Landlord pays all utilities except for electric.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
