I rent through this company called Ameritex, I forgot to take pictures of the inside but you can go to their website and look for the address and view stock pictures. NOTE there is no furniture. Looking for a roommate. $650 a month you get a private bedroom and private bathroom. Full-size kitchen washer and dryer and big living room. Brand new property I am the first one to rent.  I have one pet no pets allowed. Looking for somebody to help out, for the next year. Available to move in on or after October 9, 2021.
Tenant requirements:
No nicotine, alcohol, drugs or anything of that sort is not allowed in or on the premises
Willing to move to Longview or stay in Longview for the next year
 $650 deposit plus $650 for first months rent
no friends family or anyone allowed to come over
Good honest person
Hard worker
A quiet person especially at night
No criminal history whatsoever
No tolerance for any late payments
Others to be discussed upon interview
You will provide all your furniture and everything you need, groceries will be yours to provide, no sharing of food or any groceries what do you buy is yours. No firearms allowed other than mine. I am a state licensed private security Locksmith, I work for Popalock. My schedules and hours vary but I work close to 80 hours a week day and night.
