NOTE there is no furniture.￼￼ Looking for a roommate. $650 a month you get a private bedroom and private bathroom. Full-size kitchen washer and dryer and big living room. Brand new property I am the first one to rent. ￼￼ I have one pet no pets allowed. Looking for somebody to help out, for the next year. Available to move in on or after October 9, 2021. 
Tenant requirements:
No nicotine, alcohol, drugs or anything of that sort is not allowed in or on the premises￼￼￼￼
Willing to move to Longview or stay in Longview for the next year
￼ $650 deposit plus $650 for first months rent
no friends family or anyone allowed to come over
Good honest person
Hard worker
A quiet person especially at night
No criminal history whatsoever
No tolerance for any late payments￼
