All units are 2 bed/1ba apartments, with a washer and dryer hookup in the unit, and a stove and refrigerator provided. Rent is $725/mo and the deposit is $725. These are all-electric units with baseboard heat, and electric is paid by tenant (Duke Energy). Tenant must provide their own window air conditioner unit if desired. Water, septic, and trash is paid by Landlord. This is on 7 rural acres and is a quiet spot away from the city. No dogs allowed. A $40 per person, online, non-refundable rental application is required through AppFolio (we will send you the link), where prior rental history and current income is verified. We will also need paycheck stubs emailed to us with year-to-date totals.
Take US 52 (Brookville Road) east from I465, through New Palestine, to the corner of CR 300 W. It's about 10 minutes east of I465 on Brookville Road. Owner is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana.
To qualify, applicants must make a minimum of $2,900 per month of gross documented income, and that is with GOOD, and verified rental history. It can adjust up from there, or disqualify you based on lack of income or poor rental history.
