These are all-electric units with baseboard heat, and electric is paid by tenant (Duke Energy). Tenant must provide their own window air conditioner unit if desired. Water, septic, and trash is paid by Landlord. This is on 7 rural acres and is a quiet spot away from the city. No dogs allowed. A $40 per person, online, non-refundable rental application is required through AppFolio (we will send you the link), where prior rental history and current income is verified. We will also need paycheck stubs emailed to us with year-to-date totals.
