It is also a 10 minute walk to Castro station, which services the K, L, M, S, and T Metro lines, and a 10 minute walk to Carl and Cole for the N-line. Our house does sit on a hill but both 33 and 37 lines can be taken from Castro Station to be dropped off right in front of our building.
The neighborhood is residential and quiet but is about a 10-15 minute walk to many popular locations in the city: Haight Ashbury, Cole Valley, Castro, Twin Peaks, and Golden Gate Park.
