We have 2 identical 3 BR/2BA flats in a 2 unit building. Both units are 1500 sq ft in size and include parking. Upper unit is $6000/month, lower unit is $5750/month. There are 2 parking options. The left side consists of 2 tandem parking spots - 1 in garage and 1 in driveway for an additional $200/month. The right side has 3 tandem parking spots - 2 in garage and 1 in driveway for $250/month. The top floor unit is unfurnished and will be available August 1st. The bottom unit can be rented with existing furnishings shown in the pictures (all pictures are from bottom unit) but will not be available until end of August.

It is also a 10 minute walk to Castro station, which services the K, L, M, S, and T Metro lines, and a 10 minute walk to Carl and Cole for the N-line. Our house does sit on a hill but both 33 and 37 lines can be taken from Castro Station to be dropped off right in front of our building.
The neighborhood is residential and quiet but is about a 10-15 minute walk to many popular locations in the city: Haight Ashbury, Cole Valley, Castro, Twin Peaks, and Golden Gate Park.
