The bedroom has a full bed and large closet. Another full bed is available in the living room area, which also includes a 42-inch HDTV with satellite service. The adjacent bath has a shower. Washer and dryer too. Utilities are included in the monthly rate.
Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and island with a butcher block top with an eating area for two in the sunny kitchen which opens to an enclosed area with a small water fountain and patio seating.
The upstairs thermostat controls the heat for the entire home including this private downstairs guest suite, but there is natural cooling by opening windows and a space heater is also provided.
