This suite is on the ground floor of a split-level home, with one homeowner in residence on the second floor, but with its own private entrance and designated parking spot. Large fenced backyard with Cypress and Monterey pines, with glimpses of the Pacific ocean beyond. There are several private sitting areas where you can catch sunsets or exit through the south fenced gate to walk down spectacular Spindrift Road and the ocean below you.
Just a 5 minute drive to shopping and dining in the Crossroads and Barnyard shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown Carmel, and 15 minutes to golf and sightseeing in Pebble Beach, enjoying historic Pacific Grove or visiting Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
The bedroom has a full bed and large closet. Another full bed is available in the living room area, which also includes a 42-inch HDTV with satellite service. The adjacent bath has a shower. Washer and dryer too. Utilities are included in the monthly rate.
Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and island with a butcher block top with an eating area for two in the sunny kitchen which opens to an enclosed area with a small water fountain and patio seating.
The upstairs thermostat controls the heat for the entire home including this private downstairs guest suite, but there is natural cooling by opening windows and a space heater is also provided.
