The Carolina Room provides an additional bright and relaxing area which could be utilized for multi-purposes. The kitchen is equipped with a smooth top stove, over the range microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Eat in kitchen has a dining table with seating for four. The first floor of the home includes the main living areas as well as the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and television. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One is furnished with a twin size bed and desk and the other is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed. Washer and dryer included. Community has an outdoor pool, deck, and clubhouse.

Rent is $1,195.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit of $1,195.00 and renters insurance are required.
