Pet Friendly, Winter Rental, 1/2 Mile to Beach, 1st Floor Primary Bedroom, Patio, and Garage! - Pet friendly winter rental is available November 2nd, 2020 until April 30th, 2021. This fully furnished, three bedroom, two bath room home features a fenced in back yard, one car garage, and is located only a half a mile to the beach. Charming and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling, two skylights, hard surface floor, brick framed fireplace, and wall mounted television. The Carolina Room provides an additional bright and relaxing area which could be utilized for multi-purposes. The kitchen is equipped with a smooth top stove, over the range microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Eat in kitchen has a dining table with seating for four. The first floor of the home includes the main living areas as well as the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and television. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One is furnished with a twin size bed and desk and the other is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed. Washer and dryer included. Community has an outdoor pool, deck, and clubhouse. 
Rent is $1,195.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit of $1,195.00 and renters insurance are required. The unit is pet friendly for a maximum of two small pets, cats or dogs, weighing less than 35 lbs each. Breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 is required per pet.
