The lower level has a living room, eat-in kitchen, and a half bathroom. The second level has 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, and washer & dryer (included). There is also a small exterior storage area for that is great for storing outdoor furniture, bikes, and other items you don't want to keep inside all year. The monthly rent of $1,785 includes water, sewer, trash, lawn care, snow removal, and three parking spots (driveway). The tenants are responsible for paying electric, gas, cable, and internet. Please note that there are no pets permitted in the apartment. The lease for this duplex would begin on August 15, 2025.
