After twenty years of real estate and property management experience, Scott & Glenda Yocum took their knowledge to the next level and formed Nittany Property Management, Inc. They put together an experienced team to oversee and manage the properties in their portfolio, which has grown exponentially since they opened their doors in 2008. With a personal pledge to owners and tenants alike, we have vowed to continually strive to personally offer the highest quality of client and customer service in the State College area. Scott & Glenda both grew up in Centre County and together raised their family in State College. They have four grown children and five grandchildren that they enjoy spending time with. Scott & Glenda are very active in the Centre County community.
