Water/sewer is metered and will be billed monthly.
Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas.
Yard upkeep is tenant’s responsibility – or we can add $50 to the monthly rent and take care of it for you.
Renter’s insurance will be required.
There is one parking spot with this unit.
This is a month-to-month rental.
A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you.
MOVE IN COSTS:
1st month rent $1,250.
Security Deposit $1,800.
Last month rent will be required depending on your credit. We can work with you to pay that over several months, if needed.
