A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you.
MOVE IN COSTS:
1st month rent $1,250.
Security Deposit $1,800.
Last month rent will be required depending on your credit. We can work with you to pay that over several months, if needed.

1. FIRST, drive by the home (Unit 15) to make sure it would be a good fit for you.
2. We will be setting up viewings Friday (April 12) and Saturday (April 13). We will have applications at the viewings. Contact us with your availability during our viewing days so we can get you scheduled to see the unit in person.
