Service is our commitment to you. We have professional management that provides you with the highest level of customer service. Maintenance requests are handled quickly during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our first priority is resident satisfaction.

STC gives current residents 24 hour notice of any showing, so we ask for appointments a day in advance. We ask that all roommates are present for showings.
