Maintenance requests are handled quickly during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our first priority is resident satisfaction. STC gives current residents 24 hour notice of any showing, so we ask for appointments a day in advance. We ask that all roommates are present for showings.
