Water utilities and trash disposal at this location are free, but paying for electricity, internet, and gas is required and not included in the rent total. There is also access to HOA common elements which include a hot tub and swimming pool.
The garage is detached and has both a keypad and garage door opener. The garage also has outlets, so work can be done in your garage space.
This sublet opportunity arises from the fact I will not be in the rental for the rest of my lease term. I have listed as available on June 1st, and the term would end at 12:00pm July 31st as per my lease. You would likely be made to sign a lease for the remaining term, and you would be renting from an individual who owns the property who is very easy to work with, not a leasing company. The owner would have no issues with another lease for a full year period as far as I am aware - as that is what my current roommate has done (but they will be moving out after the lease ends as well I was told).
