I’m an artist with a Sausalito studio, who has owned this special hillside home for over 25 years. I live on the upper three levels of the house with my magical(indoor!) Bengal cat. I’m hoping to find a cat lover as I’m often away creating at my studio and the cat loves people!
Your room will provide a lot of privacy with 45 steps between the two bedrooms.
I’m looking for a working professional, currently having employment outside the home a portion of the time, with good references and credit. I’d like a non-tobacco smoking, responsible, low drama, honest, positive, respectful, easy-going person who enjoys life. I’ve done very well with male tenants in the past but am open to any gender.
Flexible lease time frame, three months minimum.
Monthly rent is $1450 and includes all utilities (electricity, high speed Wi-Fi internet, streaming channels, water, trash, outdoor security camera).
Current references, credit check will be required. First and last month + security deposit.
