The master bath has a Jacuzzi soak tub and separate shower. The master bedroom closet has customizations that include drawers inside the closet and lots of hanging space. The master bedroom comes with a huge king size bed, new bedding/pillows, desk, and chair.
The other 2 bedrooms are fully furnished with bedding, new pillows, excellent high end double/queen mattresses, desks, and chairs.
The 4th room - is optional - it has no closets but can be used as a bedroom, workout room, office, art studio, or even your own personal storage. Its bigger than the other rooms. It has its own AC unit. It also has a private entrance at the back of the house. OPTIONAL means that if you do not want access to the 4th room, rent is reduced to $3,000/monthly and it will be locked up and used for landlord storage.
Kensington Park is a very quiet family neighborhood. It is low crime and has a community association (that the landlord is a part of). It is a great community! We absolutely adore Kensington Park and know you will too!
This amazing house is close (approx. 3 miles) to downtown Sarasota, beautiful public beaches, shopping, dining, and golf. There are also three (3) major hospitals nearby and is bike ride close to Ringling Art, and close to SFU, and New College. The public transportation stop is literally just feet from this property, so you can get to where youre going quickly and efficiently even if you dont have a car.
We offer our first lease for 3 months only. If you need a longer lease, and satisfactory payments are made during the first lease, we will be happy to extend it to suit your needs.
This house has new beds, updated appliances, kitchen has dishes, pans, microwave, Krueig coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, and cooking utensils. There are outside Ring cameras for security about the property, paid for by the landlord - for your protection.
There are 2 refrigerators. There is a new washer and dryer and we even throw in the laundry detergent.
The house is on a HUGE lot with a privacy fence and is PET FRIENDLY. (There is a pet fee).
