Shared Unit in Lakeview East

Im Josh and Im currently looking for two roommates to join me in a place that I recently acquired in the Lakeview East area, near the Belmont/Broadway intersection. I have a roommate at the moment, but Im in the process of building an extra bedroom that will be available for rent starting in July. Additionally, my current roommate will be moving out at the end of July, so Im looking for someone to replace him.

A bit about me: Im originally from Houston and came up here to play soccer at Illinois Wesleyan. During the summer, I love participating in soccer leagues. I work in asset management and Im based in an office downtown. Im usually in the office every day. When Im not working, I tend to stay in and focus on various side gigs, but I do enjoy going out and having a good time as well. I take pride in keeping my place organized and clean, and occasionally I watch dogs as well.

Ive attached some photos below of the downstairs area, where the extra bedroom and bathroom are located, as well as the common areas. The monthly rent for the bedroom would be $1350 per person. Utilities (i.e., gas, electricity, wifi) would be split pro rata among all roommates.
