The 750 square foot home is a two bed, one bath and has new, hardwood floors, is freshly painted, has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave, all in great working order. There is carport parking for one vehicle and street parking available for additional vehicles.
The house is located at a walking distance to downtown Martinez, walking/hiking trails, the middle and high school, and the grocery store and is in a great, quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood.
Water and trash is paid for by the landlord. PG&E and internet is paid for by the tenant. *Please note that the home is heated by electric heating (space heaters), provided by the landlord. It is very easy (and safe!) to keep the house warm with these.*
A deposit of $3900 is due upon signing of the lease, in addition to rent for the month (pro-rated if not on the first of the month). Please inquire only if you are serious about renting and be prepared to pay $30 for a credit check.
