The footprint of the upstairs is 1000 square feet and boasts vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. It has two bedrooms, one bath, forced air, and has a separate laundry room. There is carport parking for one car and additional off-street parking for another car. The house comes partially furnished if you desire. Otherwise, furniture can be removed.
The house is located at a walking distance to downtown Martinez, walking/hiking trails, the middle and high school, and the grocery store and is in a great, quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood.
Water and trash is paid for by the landlord. PG&E and internet is paid for by the tenant.
A deposit of $4700 is due upon signing of the lease, in addition to rent for the month (pro-rated if not on the first of the month). Please inquire only if you are serious about renting and be prepared to pay $30 for a credit check.
