Description of the property and the community:
Family room/dining area that is actually the length of the house. On the main level, there is a mudroom, office size room, powder room, and a large kitchen that walks out to the back deck and a fenced in backyard with a large shed (14x16). Upstairs the primary bedroom is large, with a master bathroom with a skylight for even more natural lighting. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Out front, theres a private entry to your mudroom with a new washer and dryer (less than a year old), and a concrete walkway to your front door that includes a front porch.
For commuters, Richmond and Fredericksburg are approximately 30 miles away and a quick drive on I-95 which is minutes from the property.
Lake Caroline is a 277-acre lake- you have a beautiful beach with a swimming area roped out at the community center, you also have tennis courts and a playground with picnic tables, and an awesome pool. There is a second beach area and two marinas. There are also basketball courts and multiple play areas, docks, etc. The property is walking distance to Delaware Cove for immediate water access for kayaking or paddle boarding, a place to enjoy a picnic at the pavilion, and a lovely, recently updated playground.
