We can sometimes approve applicants with marginal or limited credit history with a co-signer and/or double deposit. High likelihood of denial: not meeting the minimum score of 650; poor credit scores with lots of recent delinquencies and/or charge-offs; any monies owed to past landlords; unpaid utility accounts; excessive recent charge-offs/collections. Please be upfront with us so we can let you know what we can work with. *We cannot approve applications with convictions on file for violent crimes, sexual crimes, or the illegal manufacture and/or distribution of a controlled substance.
