Linens, dishes, and more are provided...just bring your clothes!
The first floor is home to the living room, with 55 smart TV- breakfast bar and fully-equipped kitchen- and 1st bedroom with queen bed and attached full bathroom (walk-in shower). Upstairs, youll find the in-unit washer and dryer- 2nd bedroom with queen bed, smart TV, and attached full bathroom (shower/tub combo)- and the spacious primary bedroom suite with a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom (with jacuzzi soaker tub!) Fenced-in back patio includes a fire pit and hot tub.
Refundable security deposit: $1,000 (stays < 6 months) or $1,800 (stays 6+ months)
Cleaning fee: $250
Non-refundable pet deposit: 1 @ $350, 2 @ $499
Monthly rent includes all utilities, wifi, and monthly housekeeping* (for stays >30 days)
