This apartment is located on the first floor which is accessible via elevator or stairs. Enter the apartment and the kitchen is directly on your left. This kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials you would need to prepare a meal at home. The spacious layout offers plenty of cabinet space for storage and plenty of counter space for prep! Just beyond the kitchen is the open and light filled living room and dining room space. Here you will find a dining table with seating for four, a sectional sofa, comfortable chair, and a Smart TV! Just off the living room is a bonus space- your very own sunroom! This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or read a book!

Each of the two bedrooms are spacious and bright. The thoughtful interior design offers these rooms a hotel-like feel for ultimate comfort and relaxation! Each of the bedrooms features a King size bed. In the master bedroom you will also find a desk to accommodate all of your work from home needs! There is also a TV and half bath off of this room for your convenience! The full bathroom is accessible from the hallway!

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in this building per HOA rules and regulations! Ample parking is provided in the parking lot. This building also features 24 hour security with cameras and a front desk attendant.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th

- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday

- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
