Looking for a roommate to take the private master bedroom and ensuite bathroom in quiet Camarillo neighborhood with easy freeway access and near restaurants stores and parks.
The house is a larger 5 bed 2 bathroom house with full size kitchen, dining and living room areas. There is ample street parking and spots for two cars in the driveway that’s first come first serve. There is limited storage space in the garage for an item or two.
About us, there are two of us currently living in the house, both male mid 30’s working professionals. I work in aviation and the other room mate in the automotive industry. We’re looking for a good fit which ideally would be someone who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with. I’m the owner and travel regularly for work and most of the time it will be just you and the other roommate sharing the house.
The room is offered furnished, but can be rented unfurnished. It currently is furnished with a queen bed with a brand new sealy queen mattress, two night stands, a lazy suzan and smart tv. The room has two larger closets and has black out curtains in addition to the blinds. it is approximately 11x15 excluding the attached private bathroom.
Room includes access to common area (Living room with connected smart tv, kitchen and dining room are, and use of garage for laundry and garage gym.
All potential roommates will be required to apply via [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] which will include a background check, credit check, and eviction history report.
Moving in will require 1 month security deposit.
Available November 1st, sooner if needed.
Utilities included, house keeper is shared ($100 per person / month)
