Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new tshirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable ocean front view from your living room and balcony. Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access.

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Queen size sleeper sofa and dining table for four.
Primary Bedroom Suite with king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. Ensuite half bath with vanity.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range. *No Dishwasher in this unit! Washer and dryer closet.
Hard Key entry.
PARKING: 2 vehicle Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. If pass is not displayed, owner may be fined, and automobile may be booted or towed at owner's expense.
