The owners of Mountain View Apartments are very involved with the daily management and we have a resident manager and a resident maintenance supervisor who are professional and eager to assist you. Our goal is to create a sense of community that offers individuals, couples, and families an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Here are some of the things we are most proud of in our apartment community and some of the amenities we offer:
We have been certified by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department as a “Crime Free Multihousing Program.”

In December 2018 we completed a Learning/Business Center with free Wi-Fi, computers, printers, TV screen and lounge area for our residents to use. We schedule activities that include reading clubs, movie nights and game nights that are family fun!

We are a smoke-free community.

We provide free Wi-Fi in the common areas, such as the pool and jacuzzi area.

Our grounds are beautiful with lush landscaping, a waterfall, picnic and BBQ areas.

We pay for your water and trash utilities.
