This setting is so serene, being in the Ellis Hollow area, its close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca while being in a quiet, country-like setting. Each unit has an open first floor with a living room, kitchen, full bath and den/office or 3rd bedroom. The second floor has two nice size bedrooms and a half bath. Between the two units is a laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer for tenants use. Theres off-street parking out front, with enough room for at least 2 cars per unit.
Rent is $1,850/month, plus all utilities. Utilities are propane and electric; the apartment is heated via a gas fireplace. Lawn care and snow plowing of the parking area is included; residents are responsible for the snow removal of their entrance and walkway. Cable and internet services are available, residents are responsible for the monthly service. Residents are also responsible for setting up their trash service with a local trash carrier.
We require references, security deposit and first months rent. A 10-12 month lease is required as well. One cat & one dog are considered, with an additional refundable deposit. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished.
