Cute home in the heart of Lehi for rent! This home has two kitchens so it would be a good fit for friends/family wanting to share rent, but have their own space! Our family has lived here for 5 years and we absolutely love our home, our yard, and our neighborhood.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (one is small and would be best used as a nursery or an office), as well as a large family room that would be great for gatherings, or used as an additional bedroom. The basement has 2 good size bedrooms, as well as an additional updated kitchen. Since there are two kitchens, family members or friends could easily share this house and make the cost of rent cheaper. There is only one laundry room, so that would be the only thing that would need to be shared. This house could also be good for a family with teenagers who want their own space.
One of our favorite things about our home has been the covered patio in the backyard. Its a wonderful place to spend summer evenings with family! There is also garden space that the renters would be free to use, as well as raspberry bushes and a peach tree.
Were going to be moving temporarily so were looking for renters that can be here for 12-18 months starting June 1st. Rent will be $2,400 plus utilities ($250-300). There is a garage, but we will be keeping that to store our stuff while were away, so that wont be included in the rent.
