Two story home with unfurnished and private bedrooms. The common areas are semi-furnished and will continue to be furnished by all roommates, including me. We have a backyard and a downstairs common area for all roommates to use.

The house is right beside a large park (Stoney Creek Park) and is 7 minutes away from Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. It is also near tech giant companies such as Dell and Amazon.
TERMS:
Flexible with lease terms but longer leases are preferred.
A quick background, criminal and credit check will be done for a small fee.
One month upfront as a security deposit.

Absolutely no smoking indoors!
