Heads up, I’m rewatching Schitt’s Creek as I write this so pardon me if there is some unexpected bourgeois (‘boozsh-wah’ don’t worry, I had to use Siri to spell it) tickling the accompanying sentences. Talk about an upgrade from the Rosebud Motel.
[INT. Living Room, Day]
Moira: Oh look, David- doesn’t that hearth and stained glass remind you of-
Alexis: That trip to Italy when he was in 4th grade?
Moira: Why yes, Alexis, I wasn’t aware you were with us on that trip…
David: She wasn’t!! But I called her from the bathroom of La Rouge La Vouve because *someone* left without me!
Moira: Oh David, I do wish you would let that go.
David: I was *9* and you got.on.a.yacht while I was using the bathroom in a foreign country.
(Moira traipses through the dining room while the kids go through the first bedroom, taking in all of the great details.)
Moira [unseen]: Kids! There’s a tremendous extra room off the second bedroom! Isn’t it delectable?? Your father needs an office!
(David & Alexis stand in the kitchen, dumbfounded, as Moira rounds the corner from the bonus space)
David: what is *that*?
Alexis: It's a black machine cabinet made for kitchens, David.
Moira: Children, I believe they call those dishwashers.

Street parking. W/d hookups in the basement. Everything you need, deff not up a creek on this one.
