Pets: Maximum 2 pets allowed with $300 pet deposit each, weight limit 40 lbs max. Any unauthorized pet(s) will result in fines up to $500 each and eviction.
Aggressive Breeds Not Allowed: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Akita, Rottweiler, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar size and/or characteristics.
