- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year
- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - Move-In agreement must be signed. The move must be scheduled 7 business days in advance.
-A fee which is non-refundable and is to be paid prior to your move-in (invoice) to the move coordinating company or the day of your move.
-Move-in/Move-outs will be conducted between 8:00 am - 12 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, except for certain holidays. See the attached forms.
-Unscheduled moves will result in a fine
-Moving companies must supply the Association with a current Certificate of Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 before the move may start.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date.
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
