Ideally located in the forested San de Cristo foothills 5 miles south of Las Vegas, NM, it is a secluded property behind an automatic gate and security cameras, a quiet places to enjoy nature and discover your artistic talents.
This free-standing, 700 sq, non-smoking dwelling is fully furnished, from kitchenware to bedroom and bathroom linens. The shower has a step-up and is walk with instant hot water. Unfortunately, we are not accepting pets at this time.
Utilities fees consist of electric heater in the bedroom & bathroom and propane is used to heat the main living areas. Ceiling fans cool the house in summer. Laundry service on site, internet and ROKU can be tethered to tenants phone/Wi-fi service. (T-Mobile seems to get the best reception on the property.)
There is ample closet space within the casita and extra storage available for a small fee is available. Utilities fees vary depending on the time of year.
Casita is approximately 200 from the caretaker house and equal distance from the artists workshop in the opposite direction. Renter is welcome to explore their creative side in this eclectic space.
