PETS/ANIMALS: The pet application must be completed. All approved pets are subject to a $25.00 pet acceptance fee, per pet. We collect a monthly pet rent of 75$.

The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
