A vernal pond sits on the conservation land. It is very active in spring and summer months with amazing biodiversity and frog sounds that transport you right into the Amazon!

Home features Our cozy New England home is a classic with colorful Mid Century Modern decor. The home was styled using a Vastu (Indian form on Feng-Shui) consultant so the colors uplift the Energy of the room and the direction it faces (e.g.: North for water and the decor is blue- south for fire and colors are orange).
The windows have beautiful custom made matching (as per Vastu shastra), roman blinds that defer the need for any wall hangings. They are INCLUDED in the rental.
The living room [North Facing] has plenty of seating to watch your favorite program on your SmartTV (including Netflix) with a wood burning fireplace and a piano.
The sunroom is a beautiful orange especially in the evenings or for large parties as an overflow room. It can be a perfect office space with sunshine pouring in. Desk installed. Very inspiring, overlooking the conservation land and lush green. Work in Peace. That opens to the covered porch, a heavenly landing in summer months. Walk out the porch to the pacifying balcony and realign to the lush new england views.
The large master bedroom has a high-end king bed and large mirrored closet and dresser with ample storage space (INCLUDED for use by tenants). Upstairs bath is equipped with a large shower & bathtub. The second bedroom fits a queen bed and the room is facing the lawn. Our third bedroom is a kids room with a chalkboard wall for fun. Fits a twin bed and a dresser for a child. Fourth bedroom is a large room downstairs. Currently being used as a ping pong room.
There is also a large office downstairs with doors that can be closed for privacy, perfect for working remotely. This room has a built-in bookcase, a second wood burning fireplace. A standing (or sitting) desk. It has been used as our temple/yoga room and occasional at home workspace. There is a full bath downstairs with shower. Also, can be used as a great guest/in-law suite! Currently it is available for August 1, 2023
One covered car garage and ample private parking in the long driveway.

1. It is a 7 min drive to Whole Foods and Bedford downtown and restaurants
2. It is a 12 min drive to nearest Trader Joes and Burlington downtown and restaurants
3. Bedford Public Schools are some of the best in the state and country. Davis School is a short 3 min walk and Lane School bus stop is a quick walk. Bus service is free of cost
4. Bedford town has several recreation activities for kids and the Rec center is only a 3 min drive
5. Bedford Public Library is a 3 min short drive
6. Evening/ Morning walks in the residential area are a treat: walking paths with beautiful tree lined streets. Close to some scenic trails.
